The Railway Recruitment Board , under the Ministry of Railways, is set to release the official notification for the RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 i.e. Technician Grade-I and Grade-III Recruitment (CEN No. 02/2025). A total of 6180 vacancies have been announced for this recruitment drive. The online application process will begin on 28th June 2025, and the last date to apply is 28th July 2025. Educational Qualification For

Railway RRB Technician 2025

✅ For Technician Grade I (Signal):

Candidates must have any one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation

  • B.Sc. in a combination of any of the above-mentioned subjects

  • BE/B.Tech or a 3-year Polytechnic Engineering Diploma in relevant fields like Physics, Electronics, IT, CS, or Instrumentation

✅ For Technician Grade III:

For S&T (Signal & Telecommunication) Trade:

  • Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics and Mathematics
    OR

  • Passed Class 10th along with an ITI certificate in a related trade from NCVT or SCVT

For Other Trades:

  • Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) and hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade/branch issued by NCVT or SCVT
