AWES PGT OST Exam 2025, candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible.

• Master Degree in English with B.Ed. Degree

• Master’s Degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

• Master Degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. Degree

• Master’s Degree in History along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

• Master Degree in Geography with B.Ed. Degree

• Master’s Degree in Economics along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

• Master Degree in Politics with B.Ed. Degree

• Master’s Degree in Physics along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

• Master Degree in Chemistry / Bio Chemistry with B.Ed. Degree

• Master’s Degree in Zoology along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

• Master Degree in Biotechnology with B.Ed. Degree

• Master’s Degree in Psychology along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

• Master Degree in Commerce with B.Ed. Degree

• BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or IT, or M.Sc. in Mathematics.
